Shetland Chunky

This chunky yarn is worsted spun from Shetland combed tops, available in eight shades. It is heavier than Aran weight and is used in making Icelandic type garments.

Weights and measures: 100% Shetland wool, 100g (3.5 oz), 120m (131yds), 2/2.5nm.

Tension:                       18sts and 26 rows= 10cm / 4in using 4.5mm (US size 7) needles.

I love this wool. I would describe the colour as more of a dark raspberry sorbet than the colour shown.
