Shetland Supreme Jumper Weight is a woollen spun, completely undyed range of 100% Shetland Wool available in 9 shades. Some are as they come off the sheep and a number are blended together from the natural colours. Supreme Jumper Weight can be knitted together with the Dyed Jumper weight - the weights and tension suggest it is thicker but this is due to the lack of processing meaning the yarn is very open and airy. please note: Shade 2005 is Shetland Black - this is not a true black, but a natural very dark brown.
Due to this yarns rare nature, we do not often have it on a cone, when we do it will be available here. As it is a thicker feeling yarn than the dyed 2ply Jumper weight it can be quite difficult to knit this on a Standard Guage machine, we would suggest using the loosest tension and knitting slowly.
