This Worsted spun  yarn expands on our Heritage range. The yarn is super soft and is perfect for cables and colourwork. In a range of 13 traditional shades.

100% Real Shetland Wool
2/2.2nm worsted / 50g ball 61m (66yds)
19 stitches and 22 rows = 10cm (4") using 4mm needles

This is a beautiful yarn, in a rich colour. I am using it for a slipover, and it is knitting up into a fairly firm but soft to the touch fabric. I have used it previously to knit Donna Smith Design's Baable hat, and it gave a dense, warm fabric. Delighted as always with yarn from J&S, and highly recommend all of your yarns!
