Great pattern and colours of wool to knit hat.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the wool and the colours. I also like that the pattern is in colour to make it easier to identify the colour changes. The reason why I am only giving a three star is because the instructions are misleading. It reads like you only need to pearl on the rib section and the rest of the hat is knit stitch. In fact I needed to do alternate knit and ppearl rows in order to produce the pattern above the rib.

Prompt delivery and I was very pleased with the kit. So much so when I started the hat I kept going til it was finished. Look forward to purchasing more in the future.

Beautiful hat in a sympathetic group of colours. I have knitted it already and it fits well and the instructions are accurate and helpful.

Gorgeous color way and pattern. Jamieson and Smith wool is wonderful, knits up into beautiful garments and accessories and it supports the farming and wool traditions of Shetland.

I am a beginner , this is only my second fairisle hat, I found the first set of instructions easier to understand than this one to be honest, but I am sure I will find a way. I am sure it would be perfectly understandable for most people. Beautiful design though and the wool looks lovely.
