Love jamiesons cones . Same colours as the standard ball but in bigger quantity meaning fewer ends to sew in . I now use coned wool for the main colour in all my fairisle sweaters and small balls for the colour work . Saves money and time. Although the coned wool is oiled you don’t really notice it when knitting and once blocked there is no difference at all . Beautiful quality wool , lovely strong colours and a great price .
